現今多元的社會裡，教育市場的競爭日益激烈，透過了解學生學習滿意度，可以作為改進教育品質的重要指標，及調整教育行政方向的參考。本研究於文獻探討中先分析個案學校的各項背景及現況，審視過去的研究對學習滿意度的相關理論，並分析影響學生學習滿意度的各種構面之間的關係。筆者將影響學生學習滿意度的因素分為學校因素、教師因素及學生因素三大類，參考個案學校現況，以以性別、年級別及家庭狀況為主要探討變項，針對個案學校學生進行調查。

本研究以問卷調查的方式來了解個案學校學生在學校因素：學習環境、學校行政、班級管理；教師因素：課程教材、師資教學；學生因素：人際關係、生涯規劃等七個項目對於學習滿意度的影響。由回收的問卷結果中可以發現及再度印證，課程教材、師資教學、人際關係以及生涯規劃，對於學生滿意度皆有重要的影響性。在各個變項方面，學生的年級別對本研究各因素與學習滿意度間具有強度的影響。學生的性別除了學校因素外，其他教師因素以及學生因素對學習滿意度皆具有干擾效果。學生的家庭環境，對本研究並沒有產生干擾效果。

本研究最後依研究發現所做出的結論，針對個案學校在各項次分別提出相關具體建議，做為該學校行政的參考，並提出可優先針對滿意度較低的部份進行加強。針對高年級學生學習滿意度較低及女性對學校因素及學生因素滿意度較低的現狀，建議應針對其生涯規劃等特殊需求提供相關資源協助以提高其滿意度。針對學生的家庭環境及性別對學校環境則因為沒有干擾效果故建議無需採取差異化的策略。

In the modern world, the education market is full of competition. By understanding the learning satisfaction degree could be the reference to adjust the education policy and be an important index to enhance education quality. This research first analysis the background and statuesque of the case school in the literature review, and study previous research on relative theory on learning satisfaction degree and analysis the factors and their relations. The factors to the learning satisfaction degree were divided into three groups: school, teacher, and the student. Gender, grade, and family profile were set as the intervening variables, according to the case school background, to do the survey.
A questionnaire survey was conducted in this research to understand the relationships between school factor (learning environment, school administration, class management), teacher factor (teaching material, lecture quality), student factor (interpersonal relation, life & career plan) and the learning satisfaction degree. From the analysis within completed questionnaires, the importance of influence from teaching material, lecture quality, interpersonal relation, and life & career plan was reemphasized. As to intervening variables, it is suggested that the grade difference have influence to the school factors，gender have influence to school and student factor but none on school factor. There is no influence from family difference.
Finally, the research gave suggestion to the school for their administration reference according to the research conclusion in each phase. And advise to use the resource from the lower satisfaction degree part. For higher grade and female student, it is suggested to pay more attention on them to improve the satisfaction degree. For those variables which have no influence, there will be no need for varies strategy.
