本研究旨在建立具磁流變液單、雙自由度引擎模型避振器之理論分析,並評估引擎運轉產生之失衡力透過引擎避振器傳遞至車體對人體乘坐舒適性之影響;續分析單、雙自由度模型之理論差異。首先經由磁流變液特性方程式推導單自由度與雙自由度引擎模型避振器,利用ISO2631-1規範與車測中心之乘坐舒適性指標代入雙自由度模型之引擎力傳遞方程式進行模擬分析,可獲得引擎運轉產生之失衡力對人體乘坐舒適性之影響。續將單、雙自由度模型之引擎振幅與車體振幅響應及引擎之力傳遞方程式在相同基礎下進行無因次化,得到影響系統之參數,分別為質量比、頻率比與阻尼比。因磁流變液特性為可變阻尼常數,故數值模擬以改變阻尼比為主,從中得知單、雙自由度模型之理論在引擎振幅響應與引擎力傳遞的差異量。文末,由實驗驗證具磁流變液單自由度模型避振器之改善效果,並藉由單自由度與雙自由度模型之理論差異量,推估雙自由度模型之實驗值。文章最後列舉具磁流變液雙自由度引擎模型避振器在未來可行之建議研究方向。
This research is aimed develop 1-DOF and 2-DOF engine model mounted with a magneto-rheological fluid (MRF) damper. The research begins with theoretical derivation of EOM’s and response analysis due to engine unbalance forces. Comparisons in transmissibility and transmitted forces to vehicle chassis by 1-DOF and 2-DOF model are made. The results showed that the engine response amplitude could be over estimated up to 50% in the 1-DOF model, the transmitted force, yet, was under estimated. The 2-DOF mode, presumably closer to real system, can utilize the above analysis and modify those design parameters accordingly and provide better design for passengers comfort.
The 1-DOF model employed with a MR damping was experimentally conducted and the results showed that MR could effectively in crease damping ability so that reduced the transmitted force during engine start up.
