2019年的10月在中華人民共和國爆發的嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎(COVID-19),並且在2020年迅速的擴散到全球,全球的金融開始受到影響。面臨疫情的衝擊下,各產業都面臨到營運的困難,不得不縮減人力來應變或是找尋新的獲利機會,故事中主角威傑公司在偶然機緣下遇到客戶提出的需求而獲得了轉型機會,而威傑公司如何在此次轉型機會中找出新的商業模型,並且周詳的考慮符合客戶可以接受的合理定價金額,並且尋找可以信賴的合作夥伴與供應商,讓此次開發新系統的過程確保APP的穩定與品質,透過這次的轉型機會讓威傑公司在此次疫情中不只能安然的度過危機,並且找尋出新的商務機會。本案例討論到企業在面臨衝擊時的應變,供應商遴選的決策考慮,透過策略聯盟來降低成本,並以服務價值來擬定定價策略,以及企業轉型的決策與監控APP的客戶群市場。
The severe special infectious pneumonia (COVID-19) broke out in the People's Republic of China in October 2019, and it spread rapidly to the world in 2020, and global finance began to be affected. Facing the impact of the epidemic, all industries are facing operational difficulties, and have to reduce manpower to respond or find new profit opportunities. In the story, the protagonist WJ Company met the needs of customers by chance and achieved transformation Opportunities, and how does WJ Company find out a new business model in this transformation opportunity, and carefully consider the reasonable pricing amount that is acceptable to customers, and find reliable partners and suppliers to develop the new system this time The process ensures the stability and quality of APP. Through this transformation opportunity, WJ Company can not only survive the crisis in this epidemic, but also find new business opportunities. This case discusses how the enterprise responds to shocks, the decision-making considerations for supplier selection, the reduction of costs through strategic alliances, and the formulation of pricing strategies based on service value, as well as the decision-making of enterprise transformation and monitoring of the APP customer base market.
