  • 近年來科技產品推陳出新的速度增快,電子業製造商與供應商之間已從過去對立的關係逐漸轉變成合作模式。為符合顧客對於品質服務速度的要求,電子業由上到下都必需加強對於客戶與市場的應變能力。而疫情帶來前所未有的危機與機會,更使得採購管理機制更加受到重視。因此,藉由供應商評選指標來選擇供應商,對於企業提昇競爭力,增加獲利,減少風險與損失,成為電子業重要課題。
    本論文所使用的模糊層級分析法 (Fuzzy AHP) 主要結合二套理論:模糊理論 (Fuzzy set theory) 及層級分析法 (Analytic hierarchy Process AHP)。模糊理論的原理,是在決策中將人為因素所造成的資訊模糊性和決策不確定性納入考慮。其優點在於可以數學方式顯示事件的模糊性及不確定性,並以公式化的工具來處理各種模稜兩可的問題。而層級分析法 (AHP) 則是已被熟知及廣泛運用的多準則決策工具。
    本論文為了解消費性電子產品在研發階段的供應商評估因素準則排序,將文獻探討中的 Fuzzy AHP 研究方法及評估因素準則實際應用於個案。經專家意見選擇評估因素及準則,再以 Fuzzy AHP 計算權重,最後得到消費性電子產品在研發階段的各項供應商選擇因素準則的權重排序。期許研究結果能在消費型電子產品的研發階段找出最佳供應商評選準則,以達到提昇採購效率、減少管理成本、加強供應鏈合作關係、建立供應商評選標準之研究目的。


    In recent years, the relationship between manufacturers and suppliers in the electronics industry has gradually changed from an antagonistic relationship to a cooperative model. Also, the unprecedented crisis and opportunity brought about by the epidemic has made the procurement management mechanism more important. Therefore, selecting suppliers based on supplier selection indicators has become an important issue for the electronics industry to enhance competitiveness, increase profits, and reduce risks and losses.
    The Fuzzy AHP used in this paper mainly combines two sets of theories: Fuzzy set theory and Analytic hierarchy Process AHP. Its advantage is that it can show the ambiguity and uncertainty of events in a mathematical way, and deal with various ambiguous problems with formulaic tools.
    This thesis applies the Fuzzy AHP research method and evaluation factor criteria in the literature to actual cases. It is hoped that the research results can find the best supplier selection criteria in the research and development stage of consumer electronics products, so as to achieve the research purpose of improving procurement efficiency, reducing management costs, strengthening supply chain cooperation, and establishing supplier selection standards.
