本論文旨在探討分散電源併網之快速篩選辨法,研究內容包括分散型電源併網造成穩態電壓變動率之分析與美國及歐洲併網相關技術規範之探討。本論文以商用套裝軟體Matlab/simulink建構一典型範例系統,針對各項電壓變動率影響因子進行模擬與評估,研究結果可供我國分散型電源與市電系統併聯相關法規研訂或修訂立論之參考。
The main purpose of this thesis is to examine research on the fast screening process for distributed generation (DG) interconnection. The research tasks focus on the effects of steady voltage variations caused by DG interconnection and related interconnection codes in USA and Europe. First of all, a sample distribution system was built by Matlab/simulink. The sample system is used to aid examine the fitness of voltage variation requirements in Texas Distributed Generation Interconnection Manual to apply to Taiwan’s distribution system. The outcomes may useful for establishing or updating the gird codes for DG interconnection in Taiwan
