  • 隨著每年新創事業的成長,顯示創業家一直扮演著重要的角色,且創業活動有助於提高台灣經濟社會的競爭力,但創業的成功並非偶然需要用心經營,然而創業的成功則必須奠基於有價值的策略定位,此外,新創事業會隨著不同競爭環境而發展出不同的創業類型,因此本研究將創業家所創事業進行分類,並以創業類型的角度,探討不同創業類型之最適策略。
      研究結果發現,對市場績效而言,複製型創業、冒險型創業最適策略為差異化策略,模仿型創業為行銷導向策略,而安定型創業為產品多樣化策略。對事業績效而言,複製型創業、安定型創業最適策略為產品多樣化策略,模仿型創業、冒險型創業則為差異化策略。由上述可知,創業類型的不同,最適策略也有些許差異,因此建議創業家應瞭解本身的創業類型,進而選擇適當的策略類型。


    As the growth of the new enterprises every year, it shows that entrepreneur has always been playing an important role, and the activity that start an new enterprise contributes to improving the competitiveness of the economic society of Taiwan.
    Success isn’t lucky only that needs managing diligently, and it must depend on a foundation in the valuable strategies, in addition, new enterprises will develop with different entrepreneurial styles under different competitive circumstances. Therefore, this study is try to categorize the enterprises into four groups, and find out the best strategy what the entrepreneur use in different entrepreneurial style.
    The research found that as to market performance, the best strategies of the entrepreneurial reproduction and the entrepreneurial venture is commodity- to-specialty products; entrepreneurial imitation best strategy is marketing intensity; however, entrepreneurial valorization best strategy is product line breadth.
    Speaking to business performance, entrepreneurial reproduction and entrepreneurial valorization best strategies are the same one of product line breadth; entrepreneurial imitation and entrepreneurial venture best strategies are the same one of commodity- to-specialty products.
    In summary, with the different entrepreneurial style, the most suitable strategy also has the trifle difference; therefore the suggestion for entrepreneur to be supposed to understand itself entrepreneurial style, then choice suitable strategy type.
