  • 高跟鞋是現今社會中大部分女性不可或缺的鞋款,高跟鞋的流行據說從十五世紀風靡至今,根據研究顯示,每天有37-69%的女性穿著高跟鞋。從古至今都是許多女性在挑選鞋款時的首選。但是高跟鞋是一種不符合人體生物力學的鞋款,雖然穿著高跟鞋使得跟部提高使得女性在視覺上看起來身體相對修長,但是因為足跟提高,不僅改變了正常的足部壓力分佈,也改變了女性在站立以及行走時的生物力學並且造成對人體的傷害;經常造成的傷害有足部因為壓力集中而產生的疼痛、拇指外翻、雞眼厚繭、腳踝扭傷、腰酸背痛、加速膝關節磨損及退化等。
    近年來由於生物力學及運動醫學的蓬勃發展,足部相關健康及醫學逐漸受到重視,本研究利用繪圖軟體設計專屬高跟鞋模組化足弓墊,經由影像比對選配合適足弓墊,並且搭配臨床評估疼痛指標的視覺疼痛視覺類比刻度尺及足底壓力的驗證,比較本研究設計之足弓墊放入高跟鞋後對於女性穿鞋所產生之疼痛以及足底壓力的影響進行探討。
    本研究設計之高跟鞋模組化足弓墊改善女性穿著高跟鞋的疼痛以及改變其足底壓力,並設計模組化足弓墊的選配流程,期望能給予高跟鞋的設計做改良依據,及未來製作模組化高跟鞋鞋墊的參考,並透過完整的足壓資訊分析及準確的影像比對進行量測選配,達到足弓墊能達到高合適度、高貼合度、高舒適度之選配。
    本研究致力於研究使女性穿著高跟鞋,能夠舒壓及舒適的鞋墊輔具,並結合醫學及工程的專業知識,設計安全性、功能性、舒適度佳的高跟鞋鞋墊,讓社會上的女性穿著高跟鞋可以走得更美更健康。


    High heeled Shoes are indispensable for most of women in this modern society. According to the anecdotes, high heels have been fashionable since the 15th century. As mentioned in previous studies, 37-69% of women wear high heels every day. Although high heels have been the best choice for many women when selecting shoes from ancient times to the present, it is a not a proper type of shoes from the view of biomechanics. As everybody knows, wearing high heels makes female’s body slender in visual looks relatively. But as the heel raised, not only the normal foot pressure distribution, but also the biomechanical effects while walking and standing. There are many common injuries caused by the concentrated pressure of the foot, such as Corns & Callus, low back pain, ankle sprain, accelerated wear knee fray and degradation.
    Due to the vigorous improvement of biomechanics and sports medicine, the related healthcare and medicine knowledge of feet has been valued gradually. This study uses graphics software to design Modulate Insoles for High-Heeled Shoes. Through the comparison of images, we can provide suitable arch pads to subjects. The combination of clinical assessment of pain indicators’ visual analog scale of pain and plantar pressure verification, comparative study on design of arch pads into the high heels women's shoes after the impact of pain and plantar pressure in the effect be explored.
    The designed modular arch pad for high heels in this research do improves the pain and uneven pressure distribution of female foot while wearing high heels. Moreover, the matching process of modular arch pad design is expected to be the basis of improving high heels and the reference of manufacturing high heels insoles. Through full of foot pressure information analysis and the accurate of image than on for volume measuring matching, reached arch pad could reached high collection moderate, high fitting degrees, and high comfortable degrees of matching.
    This study is devoted to develop the aid for women to reduce the concentrated pressure while wearing high heels. Through the combination of engineering and medical knowledge, we believe we can provide the high heels insoles with well safety, functionality, and comfort. And by doing this, we may let the modern women wearing high heels much healthier.
