在有限的資源中,提升產品的可靠度與降低成本是設計者的主要設計理念也是業者的主要目標。在結構最佳化設計之領域中,應力分析是最主要的研究課題,因為應力行為與產品的可靠度息息相關。本文由建構 GPS的3D模型開始、經由模型網格化處理以及有限元素模擬分析,並進行實機驗證確認模擬分析之合理性。依據最佳化方法設定初始值、定義邊界條件,並設定最小應力值為目標極值,由最佳化軟體結合有限元素模擬分析軟體執行連續自動化的運算分析,有效率的解出最佳設計值。進而探討其應力、應變及實驗值之關係;增加緩衝材與降低衝擊應力之關係,提供業界作為初期結構設計的參考。
Enhancement the reliability and cost down of product within finite resource are important concept for designer and main objective for supplier. In studying the structure design optimization, the stress analysis is important to investigate since their relations are quite close between the stress cause and reliability of product. This paper is created via 3D model creation, mesh process, Finite Element Analysis and machine testing to confirm the simulation is reasonable. Set the initial data, constrained data and the minimum of stress data for objective base on the optimization method. The optimization tool integrates with FEA to do calculation automatically to aid us in rationally searching for the best design to meet our needs for investigate the relation between the stress and strain; investigate the relation between the cushion and stress of impact to provide initial design reference and commerce profit reference.
