  • 在經濟強權變動的浪潮裡,屬於淺碟型市場經濟的台灣,容易受外在環境波動所影響,如何以彈性的應變能力來面對市場環境的衝擊,對於台灣的中小企業而言是一大考驗,也是經常要面對的挑戰。本研究採用哈佛個案教學方式撰寫,描述一家中小企業拓展大陸市場,面對整體營收不足,業務量無法拓展,文化與教育制度差異下,整個團隊合作的向心力不足等等情況。專業經理人如何建立事業的核心能力,帶領團隊進行組織調整與再造,擺脫陷入企業危機的心路歷程。內容為研究者經營事業歷經環境起伏變化下所採取的因應策略與過程,提供中小企業在經營改革過程中,面臨景氣衝擊或市場挑戰時之參考與借鏡。本研究可用於討論領導特質、組織變革、產業外部環境分析、商業模式及等議題。


    In an era of rapid change, Taiwan has a thin market in trade. This thin market, the so-called narrow market can easily be influenced by external environment. Building resilience facing market challenges are common and complex tasks for Taiwanese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
    This study utilizes an individual case that focuses on an overall revenue shortage, and business cannot be expanded, organizational structure in charge is not clear, the entire teamwork lack Of motivation, and so on. This study illustrates that entrepreneurs should consider appropriate strategies to cope with and refresh various crises.
    The SME has gone through its ups and downs in developing enterprise core abilities, leading the learning team in business process re-engineering, establishing a successful business operating system, innovating continuously, enhancing business efficiency, and creating new market space. This particular SME's development in decision- A making and strategies forming can be used as a reference for other SMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs in facing economic recessions or market challenges. A Harvard case study is adopted in this research to discuss the leadership, organizational change, PEST, business model. This case study could exert a profound influence on the environment, society, and the social mass.
