  • 近年來資訊科技快速發展,智慧型手機應用程式蓬勃發展,不僅僅是數量大幅增加在類型上也越來越多元化,因此資訊與功能相對以往更加複雜,智慧型手機應用程式的主要目的之一為傳遞資訊,資訊傳遞的好壞將影響使用者的體驗與資訊接收,而影響資訊傳遞品質則包含資訊互動與資訊架構兩者。為了讓智慧型手機應用程式介面設計能夠更快速,同時又能達到良好的資訊傳遞品質,本研究針對智慧型手機應用程式進行調研,將其介面架構透過訊息分類與版面架構圖進行分析統整,作為智慧型手機應用程式介面設計之工具,提供智慧型手機應用程式介面設計師更加快速且符合使用者需求之設計工具。

    基此,本研究依據Lin & Yi(2018)所提出的文件分類:指示文件、檢索文件、對話文件、反饋文件、說明文件,透過現況資料搜集與分析、卡片分類法以及內容與視覺分析法進行統整與歸納。調查Google Play、Apple Store兩大系統熱門之免費應用程式的發展狀況,探究各類別智慧型手機應用程式的資訊內容與功能,尋求其特點與異同處,進而提出各類別智慧型手機應用程式的設計建議與版面架構圖,將其運用於成果之設計工具。本研究主要發現各類別之特點為:(1)檢索類:主要功能為提供使用者在龐大的資料庫中重複搜尋、瀏覽,尋得適切的資訊與結果;(2)指示類:多為工具型應用程式,其特色是將複雜之操作進行步驟簡單化;(3)對話類:多用於社交、溝通等人與人之間的互動聯繫上,是現代人每天使用頻率最高的類別;(4)說明類:主要功能為自動提供使用者某一週期的數據報告;(5)反饋類:主要功能為使用者輸入資料後經由系統進行計算產出分析圖表;(6)其他類:主要功能為檔案傳輸以及文書編輯之作用。

    最後,本研究基於上述成果產出智慧型手機應用程式介面設計工具書,此工具書根據目前智慧型手機應用程式發展趨勢進行統整歸納,提出各類別之設計要點,並針對各類別之智慧型手機應用程式進行版面流程架構繪製,從中統整出適用於各類別之版面架構圖。設計師可藉由此工具書的分類準確鎖定其欲設計之智慧型手機應用程式應該要注意的設計要點,並參考工具書之版面架構圖,由此基礎開始設計,不僅能夠提升其創作之品質也能夠縮短冗長的設計時間,同時又符合使用者之需求。


    With the rapid development of information technology, smart phone application (App) has progressively developed in recent years. The number of App is significantly growing along with diversified functions to serve different purposes. As a result, information and functions have become more complicated than ever. App is primarily designed to communication. The quality of communication affects users’ experience and the efficiency of data reception. There is no doubt that information interaction and information architecture affect the quality of communication. Therefore, this study has thoroughly investigated and surveyed the the information structure of App in an attempt to improve the efficiency of user’s interface design, allowing it faster and higher quality. Moreover, this study has analyzed App’s architecture, and at the same time integrated information classification into layout architecture, so as to provide App designers with faster and more user-friendly design tools.

    For the purposes stated above, this study has gathered and analyzed status data, using card-sorting method and content and visual analysis method to integrate and summarize data in accordance with the document classification proposed by Lin & Yi (2018) – retrieving document, indicative document, dialogical document, expository document and feedback document. Next, this study has surveyed the development of the popular free applications introduced by Google Play and Apple Store, and examined the information contents and functions of smart phone applications in order to find out their distinguishing features, similarities and differences. Then, this study presented the suggested design and layout architectures as the design tools for all types of App. Moreover, this study has identified the distinguishing features associated with all types of smart phone App, namely, (1) Retrieving type App: this tool-type App allows users to repeatedly search, browse and obtain appropriate information and results from a huge database; (2) Indicative type App: this tool-type App are primarily designed to simplify the complicated operating procedure; (3) Dialogical type App: this tool-type App helps people interact and communicate with each other, and is the most frequently used type of APP in the daily life; (4) Expository type App: this tool-type App automatically provides users with data reports every certain period of time; (5) Feedback type App: this tool-type App allows users to enter data; then, the system processes data and generates analytical charts. (6) Others type App: this tool-type App is designed to transfer files and process words.

    As stated above, this study has created a tool book for App design in which the trend of App is summarized, all types of design guidelines are introduced, all types of App layout process architectures are illustrated, and suitable layout architectures are presented for all types of App. App designers may check the classifications stated in this tool book in order to find out the design guidelines pertinent to the App that they intend to design. App may also design based on the layout architectures contained in this tool book and thereby improve their design quality, speed up the time-consuming design schedule, and satisfy users’ needs.
