營造業肩負國家土木建築之建設任務,解決民眾住與行之需求,素有「火車頭工業」之稱,其產業內容牽涉層面廣、產業環境複雜、資本結構偏低競爭激烈、施工過程不確定性及風險高,造成企業獲利與營收成長不易,營造廠為提高營收與獲利成長,常透過多角化經營模式建立其競爭優勢。本研究以綜合營造業進行探討,以研擬台灣營造產業多角化經營成功關鍵因素策略為主要研究目的,期望強化國內營建產業,了解競爭實力與可用資源,藉由策略來提升產業的國際競爭力。
本研究希望找出影響我國營造產業多角化發展的重要因素,以學者專家理論為基礎,分析現階段台灣營造產業面臨之內、外環境的條件,再運用SWOT分析擬定營造產業多角化策略。從營造業的垂直整合、水平整合及策略聯盟的各種多角化經營方式做分析與研究,並介紹個案公司遭遇內外環境壓力後,所進行之多角化經營做法,研究結果可以作為營造業多角化策略最佳化之參考。
本論文對營造業多角化關鍵成功因素提出之建議為:(政府部門):1.平抑原物料價格;2.解決市場勞動力短缺問題;3.管控公共工程推動之期程,4.獎勵外資投資國內工程;5.提升營建業施工技術。對企業經營建議:1.致力降低成本;2.活化資產與運用;3.加強技術與管理創新研究;4.策略聯盟創造雙贏;5.善用科技管理技術與e化工具。
Construction industry to shoulder the task of building national civil construction, public housing and address the needs of the line, known as "the locomotive industry," said the industry involved wide-ranging content, industry environment is complex, capital structure, low competition, the uncertainty of the construction process and high-risk, resulting in earnings and revenue growth is not easy to create a plant to increase revenue and profit growth, often by diversification business model to build their competitive advantage. In this study, an integrated construction industry to explore, to develop Taiwan to create industrial diversification critical success factors strategy for the main research objective, expected to strengthen the domestic construction industry, understand the competitive real ability and the resources available, through strategic future to upgrade the industry's international competitiveness .
This study is to identify the impact of China's industrial diversification and create an important factor in the development, to scholars and experts based on theoretical analysis at this stage of Taiwan to create industry faces internal and external environmental conditions, the use of SWOT analysis and then develop strategies to create industrial diversification. From the construction industry's vertical integration, horizontal integration and diversification of various strategic alliances to do analysis and research methods, and describes case after the company suffered internal and external environmental pressures, the diversification of the business practices, research results can serve as a diversification strategy for the construction industry Best of the reference.
The paper on the construction industry diversification, proposed critical success factors are: (government): 1. To stabilize the price of raw materials; 2 to solve labor market shortage; 3 control of public works to promote the process of phase 4. Foreign investment incentives domestic work; 5 to enhance the construction industry construction techniques. Of business advice: 1. Is committed to reducing costs; 2 activation and use of assets; 3 to strengthen technology and management innovation research; 4 strategic alliance to create a win-win; 5 the use of technology management and e-tools.
