This study is mainly based on the case content of the "Flaming Wheel Skills Development Association - Little Happy Nuts Troupe" as an example, describing how the founders of troupe can use the necessary elements of "Group Cohesion" to promote the establishment of an organization, and the use of the most invisible but effective management force - "group cohesion" to operate and manage the entire public welfare troupe. The "Little Happy Nuts Troupe" itself is an altruist organization, in the face of limited resources and shortages, how to use the "Resource Bricolage" strategy to overcome every difficult situation and create the resources the troupe needs.
In addition, the parents of the troupe members have the means to actively expand the "Social Network" of the troupe through the "Social Platform" in order to go beyond the traditional categories of interpersonal relationships, to expand the reputation and exposure of the troupe, and to bring many opportunities and resources to the troupe, but also to use "Virtual community" creates closer cohesion of the organization, and also promotes the overall growth of the entire troupe.
Finally, as the "Little Happy Nuts Troupe" grew and thrived, the troupe's leaders using the concept of " Value Co-creation", led the troupe to engage in various charitable activities and worked with many public welfare groups to maintain a long-term and close partnership, so that "Little Happy Nuts Troupe" once again to create a new growth momentum, and really achieve a good social win-win situation.
This dissertation adopts the Harvard Case Study method, which includes two parts of the case content and the preparation guide. The preparation guide for the discussion of the case to do a detailed description, the main topics are “Group cohesion”, “Resource Bricolage”, “Social Network”, “Value Co-creation”, respectively on the management theory and case analysis, in order to achieve the combination of theory and practice.
