建設業為高風險之投資行業,如何讓客戶更有意願購買建設公司的房屋產品,使其能穩定獲利,需有賴更深入瞭解客戶的意見與需求,進行客戶滿意度調查,然而,多數建設公司對於問卷調查項目的選擇,經常根據公司內部主觀認定重要的項目進行評估,無法確實瞭解與反應出客戶需求。
本研究所建立之建設業客戶滿意度調查表,同時考慮建設公司與客戶端雙方的意見與需求,可以讓建設公司充分瞭解客戶的想法,並使客戶更容易填答與反應其真正的感受,以改善現行建設公司主觀認定選擇調查項目的缺失,使客戶滿意度調查更具有價值與意義。
最後以台北市、新北市、桃園市地區之二十個個案為實際案例,藉由案例分析探討建設業現況客戶不滿意調查項目,提供建設業進行客戶滿意度調查的參考依據。
Real estate industry is an investment industry of high risks. And how to earn stable profit and make customers willing to buy the construction company’s products that depending on realizing the customers opinions, needs and executing the customers satisfaction surveys. However, most of the construction company doing assess and choosing the survey items which usually based on the internal company’s subjective judgments, thus the company cannot really understand and deal with customers’ demands.
The real estate industry customer satisfaction survey form which established by this study can consider the opinion and requirement of both construction companies and customers. It can make construction companies realize customers’ meaning more fully and make customers more easily to responding and reacting their actual feeling, to improving the defect that construction companies subjective judgment choosing survey items. And let customer satisfaction survey having more value and meaning.
Finally, we use twenty practical cases of Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan City area to explore and analyze the dissatisfied indicators from customer, as a reference for construction companies to executing customer satisfaction survey.
