於建築火災中所產生之濃煙會透過建築物開口部進行流竄及擴散,其所含之窒息性氣體及毒害性氣體往往是造成人員傷亡的主要因素,可謂是火場中之頭號殺手。近年來針對建築防火性能的要求也逐年提高,而對於建築用門之遮煙性能亦是不容忽視,若安裝於建築物上之門體皆具備良好之遮煙性能,可以提升人員避難之時間,有效地降低其死亡率。有鑑於此,本研究開發了建築用門現場遮煙性試驗方法,將於常溫狀態下對建築用門進行現場實際遮煙性能檢測,其目的主要是為確保門的遮煙性能,進而保障人員生命安全。
本論文主要以五個章節來加以探討:(1)緒論、(2)文獻回顧、(3)實驗計畫、(4)結果與討論、(5)結論與建議。於緒論中,將先闡述本研究之動機與目的為何,並確立試驗之主旨與方針。而後在文獻回顧中,將藉由相關資料之蒐集,分析煙氣流動原理與驅動力,並參考各國對於建築用門洩漏量檢測之試驗規範及標準,以此奠定現場遮煙試驗之理論基礎與原則。在實驗計畫方面,即是規劃實驗設備與評估實驗方法之階段,確立實驗步驟與流程,於整體皆符合基礎理論與原則後方可進行後續之實驗。在結果與討論中即是先透過實測檢驗之方式來了解本研究之試驗方法於實務上會遇到的相關問題,並與內政部指定實驗室之遮煙試驗標準爐進行試驗比較,觀察其洩漏量值是否有顯著差異,而後針對實驗得出之數據進行分析比對,以確立本試驗方法是否具有信賴度。整體實驗結束針對其結果進一步做深入探討,並對其做出總結及提出關於後續研究之相關建議。


The smoke generated in a building fire will flow and spread through the open-ing of the building. The suffocating gas and poisonous gas contained in it are often the main factors causing casualties. It can be described as the number one killer in the fire. In recent years, the requirements for building fire performance have also increased year by year. And the smoke shielding performance of the building door can not be ignored. If the doors installed on the building all have good smoke shielding performance. Can increase the time for personnel to take refuge and effec-tively reduce their mortality. In view of this, this research has developed a test method on smoke leakage performance of building door at field. The actual smoke shielding performance of building doors will be tested at field on normal tempera-ture. The main purpose is to ensure the smoke shielding performance of the door and further protect the safety of human's lives.
This paper mainly discusses with five chapters: (1) introduction (2) Literature Review (3) Experimental Plan (4) Results and Discussion (5) Conclusion and Sug-gestion. In the introduction, explain the motivation and purpose of this research and establish the experimental guidelines. In the literature review. Through the collec-tion of relevant data. Analyze the principle and driving force of gas flow. And refer to the test specifications and standards for leak detection of building doors in various countries. Laying the theoretical foundation and principles for the smoke shielding test at field. In terms of experimental plan. That is the stage of planning experi-mental equipment and evaluating experimental methods. Establishing experimental steps and procedures, and following the basic theories and principles before con-ducting experiments. In the results and discussion. It is to understand the related problems encountered in the experimental method of this research through the method of actual measurement. It is to understand the problems that the test method of this research will actually encounter through the method of actual measurement. And compared with the standard furnace for smoke shielding test designated by the Ministry of the Interior. Observe whether the results are different, then analyze and compare the data obtained from the experiment to establish whether the test method has credibility. End the experiment and discuss the results. Make a summary of it and put forward relevant suggestions on follow-up research.
