華人社會獨有的威權領導被視為獨攬大權、控制與支配組織、威嚴形象等,此種領導方式下多數部屬會產生畏懼害怕、緊張、焦慮等負面情緒,進而有轉職念頭出現。因此,本研究主要目的在探討主管威權式領導、部屬焦慮與憂慮傾向、部屬離職意圖之間的相關性及影響程度,並從五大人格中挑出親和性、神經質與勤勉正直作為調節威權領導及部屬焦慮、憂慮傾向間的正向關係,以進一步研究個體不同的人格特質是否會減緩或增強部屬負面情緒。


The authoritarian leadership unique to the Chinese community is regarded as monopolizing power, controlling and governing the organization, and the image of the majesty. This kind of leadership style will cause fear, anxiety and other negative emotions for most of the subordinates, and then there will be a change of mind. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the authoritarian leadership, the anxiety tendency of the subordinates, the intention to detain the subordinates, and the degree of influence, and select the affinity from the five major personalities, neuroticism and conscientiousness as the authority to regulate authoritarianism. The positive relationship between subordinate anxiety tends to further study whether individual personality traits will slow or enhance subordinate negative emotions.
