全世界正處於一個新時代的轉捩點,企業在高度競爭環境下,已完全跳脫出工業革命之後,以科技技術優劣來做為勝負的關鍵點。過去,人類的聰敏、努力及創造力帶來改造世界的科技或方法,從最早依所能運用原料的素材定義時代;接著依日新月異的科技(工業、太空與資訊)來劃分。而如今,任誰都不能否認,誰握有最優秀的人才將是真正讓企業能否永續經營的決勝關鍵。

本文將藉由資深的高階獵才顧問主管Irene的角度,以其承攬「Z傳媒 CEO」職缺為例,從Irene在兩家不同背景的高階獵才公司:M-Hunter公司(US base, 全球最大獵才顧問公司之一)及 H-Hunter公司(TW base,由某家台灣上市公司旗下專營人力資源招募服務的子公司)的商業模式,來說明高階獵才顧問業的營運、服務、獲利模式及承案的決策分析。

本案除了針對台灣就業市場先做一概括性介紹外;也藉此探討CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility)於獵才顧問服務業,在承攬高階人才招募案時的決策考量及影響去分析此一個案。期望經由這實際案例讓學員能透過個案的情境和描述,引導學員除對高階獵才產業有一些基本認識外,並能從此教學個案的商業模式,來探討決策形成的取捨。


The world is on the cusp of entering a new reality in which human potential itself will become the major agent of economic growth. In the past, human ingenuity, endeavor and innovation led to a new technology of way of organizing the world that transformed it: previous eras were defined first by the raw materials our ancestors bent to their will – stone, iron and bronze; then they were characterized by the domains people conquered with ever-improving technology – industry, space and catalyst for change and the global driving force – economically, politically and socially. In the new reality, humans are rising to the challenge to take their rightful place at center stage, as the world’s only source of inspiration and innovation.
With a real successful search case, CEO of Z Media Group, the case is trying help people understand how executive search business running through a briefly introduction of its operation, service model, revenue generate model and eventually to analyst “how CSR affect when making order taking decision to Executive search Business. Even same case same people, we might make totally different decision in two different companies caused by company core value is different as well.
