  •   本研究係為探討員工維護面子、確保利益、自我保護等個人因素對其報喜不報憂 行為的影響,並以員工與主管關係品質為調節變數,檢驗其對員工維護面子、確保利 益、自我保護與報喜不報憂行為的調節效果。本研究以問卷方式蒐集 396 名 2015 年 台灣前 500 大服務業之業務部門現職人員的問卷資料進行分析,結果指出:員工維護 面子、確保利益、自我保護等個人因素與報喜不報憂行為均具有顯著正向關係;而員 工與主管關係品質對於員工維護面子、確保利益、自我保護等個人因素與報喜不報憂 行為之關係的調節效果也達到顯著。最後,說明本研究的主要貢獻與研究限制,並對 未來研究方向與管理實務意涵提供些許建議。


    The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between employee face-saving, interest-ensuring, self-protecting and employee behavior about say nothing but good news. Moreover, this study is also to explore the moderating effect of employee-supervisor relationship quality between the relationship of employee face-saving, interest-ensuring, self-protecting and employee behavior about say nothing but good news. Hypotheses were tested with a sample of 396 full-time employees in sales department from 2015 Taiwanese top 500 companies in service industry. By reasoning, employee face-saving, interest-ensuring, self-protecting have positive associated with employee behavior about say nothing but good news, and employee-supervisor relationship quality has the moderating effect on them. Theoretical implications, practice implications, limitations of the study and future suggestions are also provided.
