近年來由於全球企業日益講求成本控制、營運效率，開始透過專業分工將部份工作交付給第三方專業團隊，以求集中核心資源於企業，因此資訊委外蔚為風潮，而網際網路無遠弗屆的通路特性，更加速全球軟體產業的變革。軟體即服務(Software as a Service，SaaS)乘著這一波資訊演化的浪潮，成為國外資訊軟體與服務廠商共同致力推動的軟體供應模式。
現今全球產業景氣一片低迷，台灣資訊服務業者如何從危機中尋找轉機，尋求更多資訊委外服務以創造商機。本研究透過專家訪談探究企業在導入SaaS 模式時之考量因素及預期效益及資訊服務業者在導入SaaS 模式時之成功關鍵因素分別作研究探討，提供業界參考。

In recent years, companies deliver parts of the organization work to a professional third party in order to control the cost and achieve organization efficiency. Therefore, enterprise can focus resources on the core business. IT outsourcing is become the world trend. The characteristic of software industry changed so fast because of the internet. Now, SaaS(Software As A Service), the new kind of the software industry organization , is becoming more popular in the world.

Because of the economic recession, it is importment for IT software service industry to understand the key success factors and to find the opportunities and avoid the risks. I have been engaged in IT software service industry for 20 years. Now, I research the SaaS outsourcing software industry. Through the interview with four SaaS experts, the research intends to analyze the literature documents to find the key success factors about the SaaS.
