    • 人類在21世紀進入了資訊時代，網路化、全球化、科技化的巨大浪潮席捲而來，影響遍及全球產業的迅速變遷及相互連動，金融資訊系統也隨時反應了全球股、期、匯、債市場的最新變化，提供了我們掌握市場脈動的機會，若能善用先進的金融「交易決策支援系統(TDSS)」，便可即時且有效的因應金融市場的變化，迅速掌握商機。
    本研究將以台灣一家中小型金融資訊個案公司為例，在面臨全球市場的快速變化，探討該個案公司如何規劃運用新興的「雲端運算」技術發展機會，結合其新版金融交易決策系統，並創造出適合的創新應用，有效達成以「雲端交易決策系統」及應用創新的領先，以強化該公司的業務成長及持續競爭力。
    本研究期許藉此研究方法導入雲端運算之企業「私有雲」的「軟體即服務」(SaaS)應用，評估領先推出創新的雲端產品及服務，藉以進入雲端應用的新興市場，促成該個案公司實質營運成長的新動能。

    Humanity in the 21st century into the information age, Internet, globalization, technological huge sweep the impact of rapidly changing industries throughout the world and linked with each other。Financial information systems at any time reflects the global stock.future.foreign exchange and debt market, the latest changes, provided we grasp the pulse of the market opportunity。If use of a sophisticated financial " trading decision support system (TDSS)", can be immediate and effective response to financial market changes quickly and grasp the business opportunities.
    This study will focus on the case of Taiwan, a small financial information company for example, in the face of rapidly changing global market, how the company plans to explore the application of emerging cases of "cloud computing" advantages, Combined with its new decision-making system, financial transactions, and create a unique innovative applications，Effective reach of " Cloud Trading Decision Support System" (CTDSS)and the application of innovative leadership to strengthen the company's business growth and continued competitiveness.
    This study hopes to research methods into the cloud computing application of corporate "private cloud" of "software as a service (SaaS)" application, assessment of cloud leading innovative products and services to enter the cloud application of emerging markets, contributed to the company's real business growth momentum。
