空軍資訊系統網路服功能係獨立性之封閉型網路。由於空軍網路資料中心負責資料儲存、接收、交換及更新等作業，基於安全考量，更彰顯資訊管理之重要性。

雲端運算服務將軟體及資料儲存於伺服器，並經由網路瀏覽器提供線上一般性之作業運用。使用者無須具備有關支援雲端之知識、專業或控制等之技術基礎。雲端運算服務之缺陷，在於它必須仰賴網路鏈結。當網路效能降低或中斷，雲端運算服務作業將停滯。為降低此一缺憾，並基於安全上之理由，個人（單機）雲端運算服務適可提供不具此一缺陷所帶來之益處。

本研究在於探索空軍使用個人（單機）雲端運算服務對資訊系統可能產生之衝擊。研究結果顯示，由於工作型態改變、文化差異、及網路頻寬限制，仍存在實務上之問題。空軍資訊管理系統在應用雲端運算服務時，對於上述限制因素，更應予持續關注並降低其衝擊。

ROC Air force information system with internet service is a self-contained and privately operating network.Information management for the "Internet Data Center" of ROC Air force, where data are stored, accessed, transferred, and updated, becomes highly important for safety and security reasons.

Cloud computing service provides common business applications on-line through a web browser, while the software and data are stored on the servers. Users need not have knowledge of, expertise in, or control over the technology infrastructure in the “cloud” that supports them. The disadvantage of cloud computing service comes from the fact that it relies totally on the network connections. The operation of cloud computing service is down when the network breaks down or becomes slow when the network gets bogged. For alleviating the disadvantages and security reasons, private cloud computing service seems to deliver the bene_ts of cloud computing service without the pitfalls.

This research studies the possible impacts on the information system of the ROC Airforce when applying private cloud computing service.The results show that there still exist application problems due to working style changes, cultural conflicts, and network bandwidth limitations and these restrictions should be further addressed and alleviated before applying the cloud computing service to the information management system of ROC Airforce.
