近年來政府調查發現,有將近五成國人的日常運動量不足,而人們運動量不足的問題已經成為全球第四大致死因素,為了提升國人運動頻率與培養運動習慣,本研究主旨在探討以Facebook社群網站為平台所開設之線上運動與心靈慰藉課程,對民眾之運動知識、態度與行為以及其知覺幸福感之影響。本研究之幸福感主要分為為自我接納、積極關係、生活目標、個人成長等次構面。本研究目的是為了解透過運動習慣的養成提升運動行為,以及每日的心靈慰藉與自我鼓勵,是否能增進其幸福感,提升心理健康。此外,本研究同時也探究不同宗教信仰參與者在經歷30日之線上運動與心靈慰藉課程後,在其幸福感上是否有顯著差異。以113位參與「健康促進訓練班」Facebook社團之台灣地區民眾為研究對象,採「準實驗研究法之單組前後測設計」,實驗為期一個月,使用Facebook社團每日投放健康運動知識、健康運動教學影片與心靈慰藉課程內容,並透過網路問卷進行資料收集,共回收42份有效問卷。

本研究結果發現:
一、在運動行為方面,高中(職)學歷之民眾運動行為較高。而性別、年齡及宗教信仰對民眾之健康運動知識、態度、行為與幸福感皆沒有顯著差異。
二、透過線上運動社群結合心靈慰藉課程能夠提升參與者者之運動態度與運動行為,對其幸福感中的自我接納與個人成長構面也有正面影響,但無法提升其運動知識表現。
三、運動態度對於運動行為存在顯著之關聯性。
四、運動知識對於幸福感其中的個人成長與生活目標存在顯著低負相關。

最後根據本研究結果進行討論,並對於線上運動教學或結合社群媒體的運動課程推廣單位或學術機構提出建議,使其能編撰更有效之健康推廣課程相關計畫。


In recent years, government surveys have found that nearly 50% of people in Taiwan do not have enough daily exercise, and the lack of exercise has become the fourth leading cause of death in the world. In order to increase the frequency of exercise for people and cultivate healthy habits, the main purpose of this research is to explore the influence of online Facebook spiritual integrated exercise course on people's exercise knowledge, exercise attitudes, exercise behavior, and the feeling of happiness.
The feeling of happiness in this study is mainly built with four sub-constructs, and they are self-acceptance, positive relationships, life goals, and personal growth. The study is to understand whether the improvement of exercise behavior through the development of healthy habits, as well as the integrated daily spiritual course and self-encouragement, can increase the feeling of participants’ happiness and improve their mental health. Moreover, the study also tried to find out whether there is a significant difference in the feeling of happiness for the participants with different religious beliefs after their participation of the course after 30 days.
A total of 113 people from the "Health Promotion Training Class" Facebook group were recruited to participate in the online course. The experiment lasted for one month, with daily sharing on healthy exercise knowledge, healthy exercise videos and spiritual comfort lines. There were 42 valid questionnaires collected through a web-based survey system and were used for final analysis.

Results of the study are found as the following:
1.In terms of healthy exercise behavior, people with a high school (vocational) degree was higher than other groups. However, other background variables such as gender, age, and religious beliefs have no significant effect on people's exercise knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and the feeling of happiness.
2.The online spiritual integrated exercise course can improve participants’ exercise attitudes and behaviors. It also has a positive impact on self-acceptance and personal growth, the two sub-constructs of the feeling of happiness, but it cannot improve the performance of healthy exercise knowledge.
3.Healthy exercise attitudes are significantly related to healthy exercise behaviors.
4.Healthy exercise knowledge has a significant low negative correlation with the sub-constructs of happiness, personal growth and life goals.

Finally, this study discusses the relationship between exercise knowledge, attitudes, behavior, and the feeling of happiness. Based on the results, this research can provide suggestions for future studies and applications of online health promotion courses and curriculum.
