Drawing from anomie theory to the management, we find support for country-level cultural to individual-level deviance behavior, and to firm-level deviance behavior. Thus, we want to confirm anomie theory is applicable to the management, and it support for individual-level cultural to individual-level deviance behavior. This study investigates the relationship between personal culture (power distance, uncertainty avoidance, long-term orientation) and negative business ethics behavior. This study also explores the moderating role of individual traditionality on the above relationship. Results from a sample of 275 employees indicate that: power distance is positively related to negative business ethics behavior. Implications, limitations, and future research directions based on the study results are discussed.
