現今市面上弧形滑蓋只擁有弧線滑行功能,沒有旋轉之功能,而且傳統上是設計個別零件,然後組裝為組件,因此,進行設計變更時,幾乎是所有零組件重新設計與繪製。有鑑於此,本論文以弧形滑蓋為藍本,進行機構設計,融合滑蓋與旋轉之功能,並設計下沉機構,解決旋轉時所造成的干涉問題。定義干涉範圍的方法是建構上蓋曲線運動方程式及下蓋曲線方程式,並代入上蓋的旋轉角度及下蓋的干涉區域,即可求出干涉值,接著將方程式輸入至Mathematica,自動化計算出下沉機構所需的設計參數,後續以Top-down design的設計方法在Pro/ENGINEER的3D環境下進行參數化設計,使得設計者在零件設計與後續設計變更上,能更加有效率與系統化。
Curved sliding hinges currently available on the market only contain the curve sliding function and lack the function of rotation. In addition, individual components are conventionally designed separately before they are assembled into a product. During design changes, almost all of the components require redesign. Based on this, this thesis used the curve sliding hinge as the blueprint for a mechanical design which integrated the functionalities of a sliding hinge and a rotational hinge. In addition, a sinking mechanism was developed to solve the interference problem created during rotation. The range of interference was defined by the equations for the upper and lower curves. The rotation angles of the upper hinge and the interference region of the lower hinge were substituted into the equations to calculate interference. The resulting equation was then entered into Mathematica to calculate the required design parameters for the sinking mechanism. A top-down design method was employed in the 3D environment in Pro/ENGINEER for parametric design. This improves efficiency and provides a systematic approach for designers when they design components and make changes during the post-design period.
