本文乃在合成具有不同外殼組成的奈米極核殼型橡膠(CSR),以增韌不飽和聚酯樹脂。進而設計出具不同相容性之ST/UP/CSR三成份系。並利用Debye’s eq.及基團貢獻法,計算出UP樹脂與CSR之外殼的偶極矩,以解釋ST/UP/CSR三成份在25℃及110℃下未反應前之相容性結果。亦利用SEM來觀測ST/UP/CSR三成份在110℃下固化的微觀型態,藉以了解ST/UP/CSR三成份的外殼組成及粒徑大小。


Synthesis of nano-scale acrylic type of core-shell rubber tougheners. Design the different miscibility of styrene (ST)/unsaturated polyester (UP) resin/CSR(core-shell rubber) ternary systems. Use Debye’s equation and the group contribution method to calculate unsaturated polyester (UP) and core-shell rubber (CSR) of dipole moments, and explain the result of miscibility of styrene (ST)/unsaturated polyester (UP) resin/core-shell rubber (CSR) ternary systems at room temperature(25℃) and 110℃ prior to reaction. This paper investigated to effect of different component of the core-shell rubber on the cured sample morphology by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
