現今智慧型手機化身為新平台,行動通訊與應用蓬勃發展,健康管理也進入行動紀元。雖然健康管理應用程式於近兩年有大幅成長,但之中卻有五成使用者未能持續使用,其原因除了花費、隱私考量外,還包括隨時間推移,失去動力沒有興趣再使用,此可看作是目前健康管理應用程式與使用者之間所存在的問題。
本研究目的是以健康信念模式及使用者經驗為基準,來探討目前健康管理應用程式介面使用性問題以及使用者健康管理的功能需求。研究包含2 階段,第一階段為使用現況及使用者經驗研究,先與使用者進行半結構式的深入訪談,接著請使用者進行3 個現有健康管理應用程式實驗測試,並輔以有用性量表(PUEU),藉此了解目前健康管理應用程式上使用者的主要需求以及設計上的缺失,進而歸納出影響使用者使用意願差異之因子。第二階段驗證實驗,則是依據前導性使用者研究與實驗的結果以及文獻探討中的方法,進行模擬介面設計並進行驗證實驗。實驗以3(首頁樣式) x 2(資訊架構形式)混和雙因子實驗進行,實驗內容包含操作任務時間績效、系統易用性尺度量表(SUS)以及使用性量表(USE)之填答。
研究結果為:(1)「資訊磚」的首頁樣式設計在操作績效以及使用性量表中表現都較「資訊列」及「資訊頁」要來得佳;而資訊架構形式設計「標籤式」以及「下拉式」則無明顯差異存在;(2)生理資訊項目以圖示及文字輔助說明較清楚,且文字大小須符合中老年人可識別的尺寸為佳;(3)首頁樣式於點選入特定單元頁的提示必須明確;(4) 健康管理資訊以圖表呈現比列表呈現佳,且圖表上
需有對應標準依據,讓使用者能迅速了解身體狀況;(5)獨立的日期選單將有助於使用者依需求檢視特定日期之生理資訊狀況;(6)同儕比較或相關群組狀態落點等資訊有助於使用者的黏著度。


Smartphone becomes a new platform for our daily life today, and health management has also entered the mobile era. Although health management applications have experienced substantial growth in recent 2 years, 50% of them were not able to continue using because of the cost and privacy considerations. As the time goes through, users lost their motivation and were no longer interested in these applications. That is a problem between the health management application and users.
The purpose of this research study is to address the usability of health management applications with two research stages via the experiments, questionnaires and interviews: (1) In the pre-experiment stage, three health management applications were used as the experimental samples to help investigate and discuss the usability of application for interaction and function needs. (2) In the verification experimental stage, the simulation interface prototypes were designed based on results of the literature and the pre-experiment. The verification experiment is conducted based on a 3 (main page styles) by 2 (information frameworks) two-way mixed factorial design. The main page styles are divided into three levels depending on information volume: (1) Information Brick; (2) Information List; (3) Information Page. The layers of information frameworks are divided into two levels depending on information architecture: (1) tap to switch information; (2) drop-down to switch information.
The results show that: (1) the main page style of "Information Brick" performed better than the "Information List" and "Information Page" in both operational performance and usability scale. However, there was no significant difference between information framework designs of "tap to switch " and "drop-down to switch"; (2) physiological information items with icons and text should be clearer, and the sizes of the icon and text need to meet the middle-aged and elder needs; (3) the hints for entering the detail information page must be clear; (4) health management information presented via chart is better than the list, and the chart should be designed based on the standard, so that users can quickly understand the physical condition; (5) an independent date menu will help users view the status of physiological information on a specific date; (6) physiological status comparisons or grouping related information will help rise the level of stickiness for using health management application.
