現今整體產業已走向全球化的趨勢,企業不能再單打獨鬥地面對這競爭激烈的產業競爭環境,而是要與交易夥伴透過合作來取得競爭優勢,因此現在已經走向整體供應鏈上下游協同的趨勢,但要如何透過一些供應鏈相關的管理手法來讓上下游廠商之間的資訊有效率的串連,以提昇供應鏈內所有交易夥伴營運效率及競爭優勢,關鍵點就在於物料和庫存的掌握規劃能力,而供應商管理存貨正是能達成此目標最好的管理方法,VMI不但可以幫助供應鏈上下游企業有效的降低庫存並且降低相關成本,還可以提昇顧客的服務水準,透過這樣的利益分享而形成長期的合作夥伴關係。
目前國內對於供應商管理存貨相關研究大多是以建構數學模型或個案分析的方式來進行,故本研究以實證研究的方式探討影響企業決定是否採用供應商管理存貨時的因素,以資訊科技接受模式和創新擴散為理論基礎,發展出供應商管理存貨導入意願模式,研究結果發現,企業組織特質會影響到對VMI的認知有用,對VMI的認知有用會影響到對VMI的採用態度,企業的外部環境特質和對VMI的採用態度會影響到對VMI的採用意願。


The whole industry has already moved towards the trend that is globalized now, enterprise can’t fight Highly competitive industry environment alone again, but should make the advantage of competing with the trade partner by cooperation, so now already became coordination between upstream and downstream in the supply chain, how should the information efficient contacting between the manufacturers from upstream to downstream by some relevant supply chain management tactics, in order to increase trade partners' operational efficiency and competition advantage in the supply chain, the key lies in the ability of the material and inventory planning, the VMI which exactly reach this target best management manner, not only can help enterprise's effective reducing stockand reduce relevant cost, but also increase the customer's service level, form long-term partnership relation by Share such interests.
It is mostly by built and constructed the mathematical model or case study to research VMI in taiwan at present, So this research has find the factor which effect enterprises to determine adoption vmi,based on TAM and DOI,developing a intention to adopt vendor managed inventory model, the result of study has found indicate that organization characteristics positively influence perceived usefulness of vmi, the results indicate that perceived usefulness of vmi positively influence adoption attitude of vmi, environmental Characteristics and adoption attitude of vmi positively influence adoption intention of vmi.
