近年來，「生態系」這個詞不斷被各界提起，從製造業、科技業、金融業到電商業，以國內金融業為例，為了跟上市場腳步與金融科技的潮流，各大業者都積極地推出自家系統、平台，並逐步布建與其匹配的生態系。
本研究主要透過相關文獻探討及個案分析的研究方法，探究國內具代表性個案的生態系策略、剖析其細節，以供國內其他金融業者參考，同時為個案公司提供策略新視角，期許能為國內金融業的產業發展盡微薄之力。
研究結果顯示，金融產業的數位轉型與生態系發展已視為未來發展顯學，面對商品同質性高且競爭激烈的產業市場，數位轉型的發展除了能加速且聚焦以客戶體驗為主的商品開發之外，其由內由外所形成的組織文化創新與正向循環等內部質變，對於企業經營策略與思維轉變扮演重要的催化角色。而「基石」與「利基」策略在競合關係複雜的生態系發展亦扮演相輔相成與互惠互利的角色，本文個案公司憑藉著自身的數位科技能力與競爭優勢建構平台，創造與分配平台產出價值予各方參與者，又善用自身的金融服務專業參與、貢獻與幫助其他生態系的發展。唯各家業者在進/加入生態系之前應先評估、審視自有資源與競爭優勢，進而擬定相應發展策略。期許生態系之發展以建立企業、商戶與客戶三者深度且長期的夥伴關係為基石，有效落實以客戶為核心之價值主張，進而共創商業價值流，達到三贏的局面。

In recent years, the term "Ecosystem" is everywhere. To follow up the trend of digital transformation, many financial institutions are now building up and publishing their platform positively and matching it up with their ecosystem.

This study aims to provide a new perspective to the case company and contribute to the domestic financial industry development. The method is literature reviewing and case study method.

This study shows that it's important to recognize the role of "Keystone" and "Niche". Like the case, the company plays both roles, as a Keystone, building up the platform "Richart Life App" based on their technology strength and sharing the value to the participants of the platform. As a Niche, creating value to the platform by its financial profession.
