電感器 (Inductor) 在被動電子零件當中佔了不可或缺的一環,台灣電感器的製造約佔據全球市場的第二位,本研究將分析台灣廠商在全球的市占率與所扮演的角色,討論台灣的主要三家電感器製造商之優劣勢,提供在採購製造、產品研發、經營策略上的建議,如何藉由檢視自我的優缺點,來提升市場的市占率。
本研究係以台灣被動電子零件之電感產業製造商為例,來探討台灣電感器的發展背景,藉由產業分析,了解台灣電感器的產業現況與產業趨勢,以及目前所遭遇的困境。本研究分為五章,第一章描述研究的動機、目的與流程;第二章則介紹電感器基本的描述,從電感器的種類、應用到目前電感器全球的產值,我國主要廠商的市占率;第三章則提出本研究所引用的理論介紹,包含了討論五種力量拉鋸的波特理論、利用流程與策略點來制定企業策略與的策略矩陣,以及分析自我本身優缺點與外部機會威脅的TOWS強弱危機分析;第四章由了解電感器產業的代表人物做訪談開始,進而根據波特理論、策略矩陣與強弱危機分析技術,來探討三家製造商之優劣勢,並分別做出策略規劃與建議;第五章將本研究所討論的重點,做最後歸納與分析表格,並提供一些對政府與產業界的建議。
具體可行的作為: 為了將產能最大化,強化整體的研發能力和提高機台產能稼動率,建議電感器C製造商可以併購M製造商,讓彼此的產品線得以互補,以提供完整的total solution。最後,期望本研究對電子產業界,對電感器廠商,對整體的投資與製造環境的未來盡一份心力。
Inductor occupies an indispensable part among the passive electronic components. The manufacturing of inductors in Taiwan occupies the second place in the global mar-ket. This research will analyze the market share and the role played by Taiwan manu-facturers in the world, discussing the strengths and weaknesses of Taiwan's three major inductor manufacturers, provide advice on procurement and manufacturing, product development and business strategy, and how to increase market share by looking at the pros and cons of the self.
This research department takes the inductors manufacturer of passive electronic compo-nents in Taiwan as an example to explore the background of the development of induc-tors in Taiwan. By means of industry analysis, we can understand the industrial status and industrial trends of the inductors in Taiwan and the difficulties encountered current-ly. This research is divided into five chapters, the first chapter describes the motiva-tion, purpose and process of the study; the second chapter introduces the basic descrip-tion of the inductor, from the type of inductor, the current output value of the inductor worldwide, our major manufacturers of the city and their market share. The third chapter puts forward the theory introduced in this study, including the Porter theory of the five forces sawing, the use of processes and strategy points to develop strategy and strategy of the enterprise matrix, as well as analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the self and external Opportunity threats TOWS strength crisis analysis; Chapter four by the understanding of the inductor industry representatives to do the interview, and then based on Porter theory, strategy matrix and strength crisis analysis techniques to explore the strengths and weaknesses of the three manufacturers, and were made Strat-egy plan and suggestion. The fifth chapter summarizes the key points discussed in this study and summarizes the table and gives some suggestions to the government and in-dustry.
As a viable option: In order to maximize capacity, enhance overall R & D capabilities, and increase machine productivity, it is recommended that inductor C manufacturers can acquire M manufacturers to complement each other's product lines to provide complete total solution. Finally, we hope that this research will exert our utmost efforts on the electronics industry and inductor manufacturers in the future of the overall investment and manufacturing environment.
