在雲端運算概念的發展下，雲端儲存服務被視為眾多雲端應用服務中最重要的一項。本研究以台灣民眾為研究對象，透過問卷調查法得知消費者使用雲端儲存服務的狀況，包含使用過那些免費及付費的雲端儲存服務、已使用服務的時間長度、接觸服務的管道與方式…等，亦調查使用服務的動機與因素、選擇服務時的考量要件，以及使用服務時重視的功能。而針對未使用雲端儲存服務者，將調查未使用服務的原因，以及那些因素會提升使用雲端儲存服務的意願。調查結果經彙整與分析後，將提供雲端儲存服務供應者在經營策略與服務開發等方面具實務性的管理意涵與建議。

In the development of cloud computing, the cloud storage service has become one of the most important services among numerous of cloud applications. This study chose Taiwanese people as subjects and the study aims to know consumers’ status of using cloud storage services by adopting questionnaire survey. Consumers’ status of using cloud storage services include how many free and paid cloud storage services have they used, how long have they used the services, and how did consumers know the services. We also do the survey of consumers’ motivation of using the cloud storage services and consumers’ concerns of choosing a service. Furthermore, what functions of the services are valued by users are included in the study. For those who haven’t used the cloud storage services, we investigate the reasons why they haven’t use the services and what factors will increase their willingness of using the cloud storage services. The results of the study will be analyzed and aim to offer practical managerial implication to the suppliers of cloud storage services. The suppliers can make use of the advice from the study on their management strategy and development of services.
