近年台灣創業風氣盛行,由政府、民間機構所舉辦的創業競賽也越來越多,透過競賽幫助創業團對於競賽中檢視自己的創業想法,並加以商業化。競賽過程中也透過相關的輔助提供業師諮詢、創業資金等,促使創業行為的實際發生。
本研究以科技部舉辦的創新創業激勵競賽(FITI)為研究對象,以多元尺度法以及個案研究法,對參與競賽之創業團隊之團隊心理素質以及團隊歷程進行分析以及訪談,了解創業團隊參與競賽的實際狀況。研究目的如下: 創業競賽團隊的心理素質與團隊歷程間的影響。
最後,本研究所得研究結論如下:創業團隊的心理素質會受到團隊歷程影響,而當團隊歷程中團隊組成消弭成員間的階級關係、以及在團隊決策模式上提高非領導人的組員對於決策的涉入程度,並且增加決策過程中團隊的互動、討論,有助於提升團隊整體的心理素質以及團隊成員間的心理素質一致性。


Recently in Taiwan, there are more and more entrepreneurial competitions held by government, universities or enterprises. Through the contests, they also have resources such as mentor consulting, venture capital as so on, to help entrepreneurial teams check their idea and learn how to build up real business.
This study select FITI entrepreneurial competition as case, use Multidimensional Scaling ( MDS) and case study to analysis the entrepreneurial teams’ psychological quality and team processes. Tring to figure out the impact between teams’ psychological quality and team processes.
According to the result, team processes affect team psychology quality, when team members close the gap of class relations and enhance the non-leader members involve in decision making process will make the entrepreneurial teams’ psychology quality better and more consistent.
