  • 近年來全世界興起了一種新的商業組織模式-群眾外包(Crowdsourcing)。群眾外包是指企業、機構或個人從過去由員工或徵選特定委外廠商,變為公開於 網路上以徵選群眾合作方式來提供所需之商品或服務,其模式可應用於公共事務、 軟體業、製造業、服務業、金融業等。
    軟體群眾外包屬於知識密集性之工作,其中包含軟體開發專業技術能力與應 用領域知識。伴隨著軟體群眾外包之盛行,有越來越多的議題層面需要解決。從過去的文獻與業界的報導得知,軟體群眾外包平台失敗並非全因技術問題,若平台未提供一套良好的管理機制,會造成群眾與業主資訊不對稱,進而導致專案失敗、軟體品質不佳或侵犯智慧財產等問題。
    為了降低軟體群眾外包專案失敗風險,本研究透過SPSS22.0 與 Smart3.0兩套統計軟體,採用問卷調查、假設檢定與結構方程式統計方法進行量化實證研究,探討「專案規劃」、「獎勵機制」、「評選機制」、「知識分享」與「智財管理」五大管理機制對軟體群眾外包平台績效之影響。本研究結果顯示:(1) 軟體群眾外包專案中管理機制的相互影響是存在的。(2) 管理機制對於專案績效部分,專案規劃與評選機制對專案績效是有影響的。因此群眾外包專案,可透設計良好的管理機制,以提升軟體群眾外包品質與績效。


    Crowdsourcing is a new model of business organization in recent years around the world. Crowdsourcing provides a new way to do the project which connected people together so as to help people collaborate and complete tasks. The model can be used in many industries, such as public affairs, software, manufacture, service and financial industries.
    Crowdsourcing is knowledge-intensive, such as professional skill of software development and applicable domain knowledge. With the prevalence of crowdsourcing, there are more and more issues that must be resolved. Some industrial software crowdsourcing platform cases showed that the failure of crowdsourcing was not just due to technical problem. If the platform doesn’t provide a good mechanism for people to manage, it may lead to information asymmetry between people and outsourcing companies and furthermore give rise to project failure, software quality decreasing and intellectual property violating.
    In order to decrease risk of failures, this study used SPSS22.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 to analyze the factors of management mechanisms under different project contexts, which may influence the performance of software crowdsourcing platform. The five management mechanisms in this research included “Project Planning”, “Reward System”, “Knowledge Sharing”, “Selection Mechanism” and “Intellectual Property Management”. The research results revealed that:(1) The five management mechanisms influence each other; (2) “Project Planning” and “Selection Mechanism” have an influence on project performance.
    The research results of this study can not only provide a useful reference for the software companies to well adopt and manage software crowdsourcing platform but also provide a foundation for other researchers to advance the relevant studies in the future.
