  • 在工業4.0時代的全球競爭下,製造業中的工具機產業,被迫回應客戶的需求以適應市場變化。其中,開發整合自動化,資料分析和網路連線性的智慧製造技術已成為工具機行業的關鍵戰略。如何開發新技術和培養工具機領域的人才成為先進國家和發展中國家的基本戰略。在這項研究中,我們針對台灣以及印尼在工具機產業的產業政策及人才培育,進行了一項比較研究,以評估臺灣和印尼工具機行業的技術發展和人才培育策略。在此基礎上,本研究試圖提出針對印尼機床工業的發展戰略


    The manufacturing sectors, especially the machine tool industry, are pushed to respond to customers' needs for accommodating the market changes due to the global competition in the Industry 4.0 era quickly. Developing smart manufacturing technology that integrates automation, data analysis, and network connectivity become a crucial strategy for the machine tool industry. How to develop the new technology and cultivate the talents in machine tool domain become essential strategies for advanced and developing countries. In this research, a comparative study was conducted to evaluate the strategies of technology development and talent cultivation in Taiwan and Indonesia's machine tool industry. Based on the study, the development strategy for Indonesia's machine tool industry is proposed.
