  • 本研究主要探討,工作家庭衝突(WFC)對於生活滿意與工作滿意的影響,及加入領導行為之調節變項後是否能調節工作家庭衝突(WFC)對生活滿意及工作滿意間的交互作用。本研究採用問卷以紙本問卷及電子問卷方式並行蒐集及調查資料,廣泛的蒐集各產業各階層工作者。將回收之有效問卷加以整理建檔,運用敘述性統計分析、信度分析、相關分析及迴歸分析,以驗證本研究之假說。
    分析有效問卷519份樣本的結果顯示,普遍工作者具有工作家庭衝突(WFC),而工作家庭衝突(WFC)對生活滿意與工作滿意呈現顯著負向關係;加入領導行為之調節變項後,體恤型領導顯著的調節了工作家庭衝突(WFC)對生活滿意的影響程度,任務型領導顯著的調節了工作家庭衝突(WFC)對工作滿意的影響程度。最後,提出本研究的管理意涵及未來建議,供各界參考。


    This research investigated how work-family conflict (WFC) makes influence on life and job satisfaction and whether different leadership styles (consideration and initiating leadership styles) can moderate the relationships between WFC and life and job satisfaction. 519 valid surveys were collected.
    The results showed that most of the respondents reported having WFC. WFC were negatively associated with life and job satisfaction. The study also confirmed the moderating effects of leadership styles on life and job satisfaction: a consideration type of leadership can alleviate the negative relationship between WFC and life satisfaction, while respondents reported higher job satisfaction if they perceived an initiating style of leadership from their direct supervisor. Research and managerial implications were discussed at the end of the study.
