本論文針對辦公室照明的優化設計,進行LED光譜可調式照明系統的研究,設計一連串的心理物理實驗,分析不同的光源照明條件下,是否能夠使受測者達成較高的任務表現、較高的情緒偏好以及較少的視覺疲勞。本研究實驗共設計12種不同光譜能量分布的光源,它們皆由11顆不同波段類窄波LED,以不同比例進行混光所組成。其中操縱變因包含兩種色溫、兩種照度、三種藍光主波段以及三種藍光能量。本論文所進行實驗分為三部份,分別為「照明工作環境之視覺疲勞」、「照明環境之工作績效」、「照明之情感反應分析」。實驗內容包含實施指定任務、問卷填寫、藍道環測試以及閃光融合閾值等項目。在完成收集所有受測者評價分數資料之後,藉統計檢定進行組內及組間的數據分析,來討論各個設計變因對於工作績效、視覺疲勞以及情緒偏好的影響。研究結果發現,針對於視覺疲勞評價,照明光在色溫4000 K以及低藍光能量的條件下,皆顯示有較少的疲勞累積量。針對紙本的工作績效而言,各項變因皆未達到顯著差異;而電腦螢幕工作績效則是在低藍光能量條件下,顯示有較高的表現。針對燈光氛圍的部分,色溫及照度造成的反應,可分別整理對應至「溫暖度」及「清晰度」等二項主成分。本論文的研究結果可做為未來LED照明在一般辦公室環境的照明設計參考。


In this thesis, we performed a research aiming towards health-promotion based on light-emitting diode (LED) tunable lighting system, which were based on carrying out task performance analysis, emotional preference and eye fatigue under different lighting conditions. There are 12 different test light sources, which are all built by the additive mixture of 11 specific narrow-band LEDs with the specific mixing ratios. The control variables include color temperature, illuminance-level, blue-light peak wavelength and blue-light radiance. We separate our experiment into three parts, which are “Visual fatigue in the working environment”, “Task performance in working environment” and “Emotional analysis of lighting environment”, respectively. Each experimental procedure lasted approximate 150 minutes, including the tasks of assigned tasks, questionnaires, Landolt ring test, and critical fusion frequency (CFF). After collecting the score data of the subjects, we run the analysis and sort out some conclusions based on the experiment. The results showed that the subjects under the condition of both color temperature 4000 K and low blue-light radiance have less visual fatigue accumulation. For the monitor-based tasks, subjects under low blue-light radiance condition have better performance while there is no significant difference to the paper-based task. For the emotional analysis, the subjects’ responses caused by color temperature and illuminance level are classified to “warmth” component and “clarity” component respectively. The experimental results can be seen as reference for designing office lighting base on LED sources in the future.
