T公司的總經理胡先生負責中央研究院國家生技研究園區C、G棟的中央監控系統施工,約半年後會全部完工,他需要找一個規模差不多案件來接續。他面臨了關於未來林口長庚動物實驗室中央監控工程議價取得合約的談判壓力,同時也遭遇客戶服務的投訴和員工流失問題,這些問題對公司的營運和客戶滿意度造成了嚴重影響。針對這些挑戰,總經理胡先生運用SWOT分析來評估市場環境和競爭壓力。他利用專案管理的方法來確保項目的順利進行。通過工料分析,總經理胡先生能夠精確地控制項目成本和資源分配。面對挑戰,他展現了創業家精神,積極尋求解決方案並推動創新。本個案採哈佛教學個案方式撰寫,藉由分析T公司在投標中央監控工程過程中遇到的困境,並探討了如何透過SWOT分析、專案管理、工料分析、創業家精神等理論框架,探討了T公司如何應對這些挑戰並尋求突破。
Mr. Hu, the general manager of T Technology Co., Ltd., is responsible for the construction of the central monitoring system in Buildings C and G of the National Biotechnology Research Park of Academia Sinica. It will be completed in about half a year. He needs to find a case of similar scale to continue. He faced negotiation pressure to obtain a contract for the future central monitoring project of the Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Animal Laboratory. He also encountered customer service complaints and employee turnover problems, which had a serious impact on the company's operations and customer satisfaction. In response to these challenges, General Manager Mr. Hu used SWOT analysis to evaluate the market environment and competitive pressure. He utilizes a project management approach to ensure the smooth progress of projects. Through Bill of Quantities, General Manager Mr. Hu is able to accurately control project costs and resource allocation. When faced with challenges, he demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, proactively seeking solutions and driving innovation. This case is written in the manner of Harvard teaching case. By analyzing the difficulties encountered by T Technology Co., Ltd. in the process of bidding for the central monitoring project, it also discusses how to use theoretical frameworks such as SWOT analysis, project management, Bill of Quantities, and entrepreneurial spirit to It discusses how T Technology Co., Ltd. responds to these challenges and seeks breakthroughs.
