在環保意識抬頭的現今,木構造之於鋼筋混凝土構造最大的優勢就是建材能永續循環與固炭功能,於地球環境負荷量低,在居住性能方面有溫溼度的調節的功能,以住屋來說是很好的選擇。目前木構造高層是全球大部分地區發展的重點之一,然而台灣仍以鋼筋混凝土構造為大部分住宅用構造,民眾對於木構造仍在傳統小木屋的印象並對其各項表現有很深的疑慮,本文希望透研究了解在台灣民眾的喜好與推廣木構的困難點和可行性。
本研究經由文獻回顧法整理木構造與鋼筋混凝土構造在各項因素上的優缺點與比較,再發放問卷給民眾和專家進行兩個階段的調查,透過描述性統計與SPSS軟體進行T檢定與無母數分析,以了解民眾在構造上的偏好、認知和木構造推廣的可行性。
第一階段透過網路與紙本民眾共回收了215份,專家20份,第二階段針對前項民眾內隨機抽樣30位民眾進行推廣解說再發問卷,得知以下結果:
依據第一階段對民眾調查的資料整理分析後,民眾偏好的房屋條件為:金額800萬到1200萬之間、30到40坪、北部與中部地區、總樓高五層樓以下、混構造建築,對耐震性、防火性特別重視,而北部中部和南部的樣本沒有顯著的差異。
第二階段經過推廣解說後的調查,發現原本在木構造總體認知和細項認知上的顯著差異轉為不顯著,代表民眾認知更趨近於專家。在對理想房屋選擇上混構造仍屬最多,但選擇木構造的人變多而RC構造則減少。
研究結果顯示雖然目前台灣地區民眾在木構造的認知上與專家有落差,但經過資料解說後能理解並開始考慮選擇木構造,代表木構造有其推廣之可行性。希望透過研究結果,提供建築師和投資者在私人或公共建築上運用木構造計畫的參考,可針對民眾的偏好的因素作推廣,並在木構造上認知差異較大且有疑慮的方向加強解說與改進,使台灣在房屋構造上有更多的選擇。
Nowadays when everyone cares about environmental protection, the greatest benefits of Wooden construction compared with Reinforced concrete construction is life cycle and CO2 emission leading low-load for earth. And it is a good choice of Wooden construction because of its adjusting humidity level and temperature
characteristic. Although Wooden construction is the main development in most of districts in the world, there are almost used Reinforced concrete construction to build residence in Taiwan. Lots of people think about wooden construction as a low-small house and have deep hesitation. This paper expect that thoroughly understand general public’s reference and awareness of construction in Taiwan to realize the problem and feasibility of promoting Wooden construction.
The research went to compare Wooden construction and Reinforced concrete construction with merits and drawbacks of the various factors by reviewing study. Then sent out questionnaires to the public and experts in two stages of the investigation carried out by descriptive statistics and SPSS software with T-test and Nonparametric statistics to understand the public’s preferences and awareness in construction and feasibility of promoting Wooden construction.
The first stage of the questionnaires were recycled 215 parts of public people and 20 parts of experts through the Internet and paper. The second stage of the questionnaires were recycled 30 parts of preceding 215 people by random sampling who already accepted information about building construction materials, and there’s the following results:
According to the first stage of the public survey data after finishing the analysis: (1) The public preference Housing conditions: between the amount of 8 million to 12 million, 30 to 40 plains of floors, the northern and middle parts regions, the total of the following five-storeys building, mixed building construction.
(2) Pay special attention on earthquake and fire resistance.
(3) No significant differences in sample northern, middle and southern.
After the second stage of the investigation, the awareness about Wooden construction between public and expert be changed from significant differences to non-significant by explaining information. Mixed construction still the most public choice for house, but people chose Wooden construction becomes more and Reinforced concrete construction decreased.
The results show: Although there is a gap on awareness about wooden construction between the public and expert in Taiwan, people started to understand and consider selecting wooden construction after explanation the information. It means Wooden construction have potential promotion and developing market. We hope through research results to provide reference in the private or public building project to architects and investors. Referencing public reference to promote or aiming quite different awareness and hesitation about Wooden construction to explain and improve can make more choices of housing construction in Taiwan.
