In the Today's rapidly changing market and changing technology, even more pronounced by the organization's emphasis on innovation to maintain and enhance competitive edge in innovation organizations. The past, the key that companies used to create profits and to maintain competitive advantage, Tangible assets has been changed into "knowledge" as a major resource and means of competition. Therefore, we can reasonably believe that the source of competitive advantage of modern enterprise, the majority from the capacity of members, but members of the capacity to establish a knowledge-based application. Most past research are focused on strengthening the positive factors of knowledge transfer, and sucked the focus of this study focused on knowledge transfer will prevent the negative factors.
Purpose of this study is from the perspective of knowledge characteristics, discussion the relationship between knowledge stickiness, knowledge ambiguity and knowledge transfer, the relationship about moderating of ICT on knowledge stickiness, knowledge ambiguity to knowledge transfer, and the relationship between knowledge transfer and innovation competitive advantage.
Research scope of this study is to select the health care industry with expertise, and to work in a large hospital doctor as the object under test questionnaire. This study wants to through the hierarchical regression analysis try to understand the relationship between knowledge stickiness, knowledge ambiguity to knowledge transfer, the relationship about moderating of ICT on knowledge stickiness, knowledge ambiguity to knowledge transfer, and the relationship between knowledge transfer and innovation competitive advantage.
The result of this study showed the impact of negative relations that exists between knowledge stickiness, knowledge transfer and knowledge ambiguity, but knowledge stickiness is not very significant negative impact to knowledge transfer. The application of different information communication technology have different levels of the weakening effects on the negative impact between knowledge stickiness, knowledge transfer and knowledge ambiguity, as well as the very significant positive effect relationship exists between knowledge transfer and innovation competitive advantage.
This study identified the tool which could reduce the negative impact of the knowledge stickiness, knowledge ambiguity to help hospitals can more efficiently carry out the knowledge transfer and the knowledge management work, and to enhance the hospital's innovative competitive advantage. Whether in which industry, the knowledge has become one of resources and means for the main competition, and the results of this study is not just for the hospital, the same should also be applied in other different but also have one more expertise in the industry.
