本論文主要目的在探討因應分散型電源併網之配電系統可行改善措施。主要研究工作在探討分散型電源併網運轉對放射型及常閉環路型配電系統所可能造成之衝擊,研究其可行之改善方法,使系統結構更趨強健;進而降低系統衝擊,紓解分散型電源併網之瓶頸,以利我國再生能源政策之推展。
This thesis explores technical measures to upgrade distribution systems for suitable interconnected with distributed generations (DG’s).The major research tasks include evaluating the impact of DG on a radial or normally closed-loop distribution feeder, and revealing feasible measures to consolidate distribution systems and reduce the impact of DG on distribution feeders. It is expected that the bottleneck of interconnection of DG with public power distribution systems can be considerably unrestricted, and the renewable energy policy of Taiwan can possibly be achieved.
