  • 隨著時代進步加上科技日新月異,資訊傳播日趨快速,網路不僅改變了人類的生活,形成數位化趨勢,也改變了傳統廣播的生態環境,以及閱聽人的收聽方式,廣播不再只是單向的收聽,聲音平台更有了全新的互動模式。

    本研究以科技接受模式為基礎,根據網路廣播之特性,加入影響使用者相關因素,以Clubhouse與Podcast兩大語音軟體為研究主題,目的為探討語音軟體使用者之行為意圖差異情形。

    本研究以網路問卷調查方式進行,共回收294份有效樣本,應用SPSS進行分析並驗證假設。研究結果發現Clubhouse與Podcast在內容多元性、便利性、網路外部性皆有顯著影響,差異在於Podcast使用者對互動性為無顯著負相關。

    在未來的發展趨勢,閱聽者與傳播者將更緊密的結合,本研究結果提供給後續研究者及業界實務上參考,以創造新的服務體驗與價值。


    With new technological advancements, media transmissions are growing more rapidly with the internet completely changing how everyone lived their lives. Everything’s getting more digitalized, the traditional broadcast ecosystem has changed; with multiple pathways for receiving and generating information, broadcasts are no longer unidirectional—rather becoming newer and more interactive.

    This research’s fundamental concept is based on the Technology Acceptance Model—examining both Podcast and Clubhouse’ rising popularity and effect on its users. Alongside the goal of understanding the reasons and motivations behind individuals’ decisions and reactions to their results.

    This research uses survey as a medium of gathering public data. With as much as 294 samples, SPSS has been used to examine and certify the hypothesis. Study has shown that Podcast and Clubhouse have several similarities, like its diversity, its accessibility, and its effect on its receivers during this technology packed society. However, the main difference between the two is that Podcast lack the connection and interaction between the speaker and its listeners.

    Due to new technological advancement, the bond between the listener and speaker are more inseparable as ever. And the result of this study is in hopes to allow people to gain a better experience and understating as they are experiencing the new communication mediums.
