摘要
時代不斷進步，科技持續發展、玲瑯滿目的新產品被開發出來，但這段過程中，產品的生命週期越來越短，在這樣高度競爭的環境下，企業為了求生存，對於經營決策及資源投注必須小心翼翼，惟面對變化多端的世界，究竟要如何？是採取保守或是積極的策略？本個案是中小企業為了求生存，不斷調整轉換經營策略。個案描述Ted廠長，公司是屬於相對傳統及保守的配電盤產業，在公司內部進行產業創新研發推動計畫之管理歷程。研發計畫推動過程中，新產品的開發、新技術的引進，也引發企業經營模式的調整及改變。本論文探討經理人的經營決策方式及策略應用。本論文包含個案內容和教學指引兩部分。透過本論文之論述，期使讀者了解企業如何進行決策分析、經營策略轉型、創新模式引導，進而可以做為日後面對類似問題的參考。

The times are constantly improving, the technology continues to develop, and new products are being developed. However, during this process, the life cycle of products is getting shorter and shorter. In such a highly competitive environment, companies must be cautious about business decisions and resource betting in order to survive, but what should be done in the face of a changing world? Is it a conservative or positive strategy? In this case, SMEs constantly adjust their business strategies in order to survive. The case description describes the director of Ted. The company is a relatively traditional and conservative switchboard industry, and carries out the management process of the Industrial Innovation R&D Promotion Project (SBIR) within the company. In the process of promoting the development of new projects, the development of new products and the introduction of new technologies have also triggered adjustments and changes in business models. This paper explores the management decision-making methods and application of managers. This thesis contains two parts: case content and teaching guidelines. Through the discussion of this thesis, readers can understand how the company conducts decision analysis, business strategy transformation, and innovation mode guidance, which can be used as a reference for similar issues later.
