自航空公司推出哩程累積計劃以來,為了提高顧客忠誠度進而刺激回購的忠誠計劃方案便成了各行業重要的行銷工具。而國內金融業者在金控法通過後紛紛整併成為金控業者,金控的主要優勢即在於整合行銷,透過整併後的行銷資源,對顧客進行共同行銷,以創造商品跨售的效益。將忠誠計劃方案運用於跨企業間,成立紅利聯盟,並以電子商店的形式經營兌換中心即為本研究探討的重點。
本研究結論
一、如何透過專業的紅利經營以提昇顧客的滿意度才是顧客忠誠計劃重點。
二、以虛擬組織的形式建構紅利整合平台,形成紅利聯盟架構,其主要目而在於有效提高顧客忠誠度與滿意度。
三、當購併成為各大企業成長的主要動能時,有效的資源整合所建立的虛擬組織,核心單位反而有機會成為具競爭力的新事業體。
The mileage program executed by the airlines industry has boosted the loyalty program as an important marketing tool to enhance customer loyalty. The main advantage of financial holding company lies in the integrated marketing strategy with the entire integrated marketing resources to create cross-sell product benefits. It would be crucial to apply the loyalty program in the cross-enterprise system and set up a bonus point alliance in the bonus redeem e-center.
The conclusions of the research are as follows:
(1). the key factor of loyalty program is to enhance customer satisfaction.
(2). the main objective of the bonus point alliance in the financial holding group, is to effectively improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
(3). the effective integration of resources from virtual organizations might have the chance to create a new competitive unit when M&A has became the major way of growth.
