  • 本研究在聚碸 (polysulfone, PSF) 薄膜表面上接枝一層二丙烯基二硫化物 (diallyl disulfide, DADS)。所得之薄膜使用接觸角測試與傅里葉轉換紅外光譜儀,探討其表面特性。以凝血時間 (coagulation times, CT) 探討其血液相容性,並使用血漿來進行血小板凝聚的評估,然後進行改質前後的PSF膜抗氧化力與清除膽固醇、三酸甘油酯與內毒素的能力評估。結果顯示,改質後的PSF膜比未改質的PSF膜具有較長的凝血時間並能有效減少血漿蛋白質吸附,且降低自由基的能力更高。此外,DADS接枝於PSF膜上能增加PSF膜的血液相容性。由全部實驗數據顯示,DADS改質後的PSF膜具有消除膽固醇、三酸甘油酯和內毒素的能力。


    Diallyl disulfide (DADS) was grafted on the surface of polysulfone (PSF) membranes. The surface was characterized with contact angle measurement and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR). Coagulation times (CT) were evaluated in vitro for hemocompatibility and platelet aggregation were evaluated using human blood. The effect of DADS modification on the reduction of oxidative stress, removal of cholesterol, triglyceride and endotoxin were then evaluated. The results showed that the modified PSF membranes exhibited longer CT and less adsorption of plasma proteins than the unmodified PSF membrane. In addition, the CL counts of hydrogen peroxide and superoxide values for modified PSF membranes were more stable than those for unmodified PSF membrane. These results demonstrate that DADS bonding can improve the blood compatibility of PSF membrane. In addition, DADS-modified PSF membranes exhibited ability to remove cholesterol, triglyceride, and endotoxin.
