科技產品隨著使用者意識抬頭,客製化的多樣性與複雜性逐漸取代大量生產,加上製造技術日新月異,對於供應鏈的選擇與管理也必須有一套彈性與評核的機制來因應快速變化的產業需求與趨勢。本論文的基礎架構是建立在合格供應商的範圍內,運用層級分析架構,配合Kano二維品質模式問卷調查與多準則決策分析的簡單加權法,找出最適合的策略性供應商並搭配績效評比給與供應商建議,藉此來提升供應鏈管理的服務價值。
本研究發現少量多樣產品的評估屬性中僅有一項「良好的公司財務狀況」屬於Kano二維品質模式的「必須品質」;「健全的品質管理系統」、「符合產品需求的測試設備&測試能力」這兩項屬於「一維品質」;其他評估屬性項目皆屬於「魅力品質」。有別於文獻提出重要性最高的三因素「品質」、「交期」與「過去績效」。在績效分析的部分,藉由品質滿意度與重要度的四個象限概念得到「優勢保持區」與「優先改善區」的建議廠商名單。


With the rise of user awareness in technology products, customized diversity and complexity gradually replace mass production, coupled with the rapid development of manufacturing technology, the selection and management of supply chains must also have a flexibility and evaluation mechanisms to respond to rapid changes for Industry needs and trends. The basic structure of this thesis is created within the scope of qualified suppliers, using a hierarchical structure model, combined with Kano's two-dimensional quality model questionnaire and multi-criteria decision analysis of Simple Additive Weight method (SAW) to find the most suitable strategic supply,Also provides supplier suggestions with IPA to improve the service value of supply chain management.
This study found that only one of the evaluation attributes of a small number of diverse products "Good company financial status" belongs to the " Must-be quality" of Kano's two-dimensional quality model, "Sound quality management system", " Meet product requirements of test equipment & test capabilities" These two items are" one-dimensional quality ", and the other evaluation attributes are all " Attractive quality ". It is different from the three most important factors "quality", "delivery" and "past performance" proposed in the literature.In the part of performance analysis, the four-quadrant concepts of quality satisfaction and importance are used to obtain the list of recommended supplier in the "Keep Up the good Work zone" and "Concentrate Here zone".
