全球正推動禁售燃油車政策,以實現淨零碳排目標。台灣預計在2040年以市售電動車為主,加速汽車產業轉型以減少對環境的負面影響。電動車市場需求迅速成長,但充電設施供給不足和土地取得不易,是電動車市場發展的最大挑戰。
本研究探討集合式住宅建設充電樁對消費者接受度的影響,發現私人充電樁導入集合式住宅的可及性會正向影響其價值性,提升知覺有用性和知覺易用性,進而影響使用態度和行為意向。私人充電樁導入集合式住宅對於推動電動車普及化具有正面影響,透過此方式可以提高充電設施的可及性和價值性,進而促進使用者對於充電設施的知覺有用性和易用性的認知,進而提升使用者對於電動車的使用態度和行為意向,進一步推動電動車的普及化和可持續能源的發展。
然而,在建置充電樁時,仍需面臨許多挑戰,如電力來源、安裝施工、安全疑慮、公私電價等,需要政府和相關機構的配合與努力。因此,私人充電樁導入集合式住宅雖然可以解決一部分充電設施不足的問題,但仍需要更多的政策和社會支持,才能真正推動電動車的普及化和環保交通的實現。


Many countries are passing new legislatures to ban the sale of gasoline-powered vehicles to achieve the net zero carbon emissions goal. Taiwan plans to rely mainly on electric vehicles by the year of 2040. The new policy shall accelerate the transformation of the automotive industry to reduce its negative impact on the environment. The rapid demand of electric vehicles posts big challenge for the continued growth of this market vehicle market. The insufficient installation of EV Charging Stations can slow down the momentum of the growth. The costs to acquire real estate for the installation of EV Stations can further complicated the mission.
This study examines the impact of consumer’s acceptance of constructing EV charging stations at Residential Complexes. It was found that the accessibility of private charging stations provided to Residential Complexes enhanced the perceived value of the property. Furthermore, having EV Charging Stations at the property extend the value of owning EVs due to the ease of usage. The introduction of private charging stations at Residential Complex has a positive impact on promoting the acceptance of electric vehicles. By using this approach, the accessibility and perceived value of charging facilities can be increased. This has positive impact to further promote users' recognition and augmentation of the additional value of the EV charging facilities.
There are still many challenges in the construction of EV charging stations. The proper installation and construction of power sources, safety concerns, and public and private electricity prices all can impact the popularity of EV Charging Stations. The cooperation and efforts of the government and relevant institutions all can impact the growth of EV Charging Stations at Residential Complex. The introduction of private charging stations at Residential Complex can solve some of the problems of insufficient charging facilities. More policies and social support are still needed to truly promote the popularization of electric vehicles and the realization of environmentally friendly transportation。
