  • 白牌伺服器主要的客戶為雲端服務供應商及大型資料中心,在美中科技戰與地緣政治影響下,台灣白牌伺服器供應商的客戶來源也受到了一定程度的侷限與擠壓,尋求新的市場機會,成為企業成長的關鍵。而根據TrendForce調查,5G市場在2026年可達370億美元,為2023年145億美元的2倍以上,同時,開放電信網路在市場上興起,也開啟了白牌伺服器進入電信網路產業的大門,為白牌伺服器創造了一個全新的商機。
    本研究以白牌伺服器供應商為對象,探討在5G開放網路架構下的機會與挑戰,並提供相應的軟體研發策略。本研究運用PESTLE、五力分析、SWOT分析、客戶價值主張圖以及BCG矩陣等工具,來評估宏觀外部政經環境、產業競爭環境、企業優劣勢、客戶需求、產品趨勢等。根據分析結果,找出白牌伺服器廠商在5G市場中的定位和機會,並據此規劃未來三年的軟體策略技術藍圖T-Plan,提供企業投入相關技術研發和產品布局的方向,逐步實現進入電信產業的願景。


    The major customers of white box servers are cloud service providers and large-scale data centers. Under the influence of the US-China technology war and geopolitics, the source of customers for Taiwan's white box server suppliers has been limited and squeezed to a certain extent. Seeking the new market opportunities have become the key to business growth. According to TrendForce survey, the 5G market will reach US$37 billion in 2026, which is more than double the US$14.5 billion in 2023, and the rise of open telecom networks architecture creating a new opportunity for white-box servers to enter the telecom industry.
    This research explores the opportunities and challenges of white box server in 5G market, and discusses the corresponding software development strategies. This study uses PESTLE, five-force analysis, SWOT analysis, customer value proposition canvas, and BCG matrix to evaluate the political and economic environment, industrial competition, enterprise strengths and weaknesses, customer needs and product trend. It also discusses the position and opportunities based on the analysis results and then draw up the software technology and product roadmaking (T-Plan) for the next three years. This T-plan provides the direction and guidance for white box server vendors to invest in related technology research and product roadmap to enter the telecom market.
