  • 本個案針對一家台灣北部未上市電子代工業公司(簡稱:R公司),轉型過程中所發生的一系列問題做深入探討,40年來R公司面對終端產品變革、客戶陸續出走中國大陸,客戶事業部賣給中國大陸的代工廠,使R公司業績減半,並面臨與紅色供應鏈的直接競爭,R公司在消費性電子快時尚的趨勢下,不得不積極轉型。


    This case is aimed at an unlisted electronic foundry company in northern Taiwan (As R company). The series of problems that occurred during the transformation process were discussed in depth. In the past 40 years, R Company has faced the transformation of terminal products, and customers have successively left China, customer business. The department sold to the foundries in mainland China, which reduced the performance of R company and faced direct competition with the red supply chain. R Company had to actively transform itself under the trend of consumer electronics fast fashion.
