本論文研究乃利用乳化聚合法自行合成出以不飽合聚酯樹脂與苯乙烯為共單體之反應性微膠顆粒(reactive microgels),用以當作不飽和聚酯之抗體積收縮劑。並探討反應性微膠顆粒型LPA添加到不飽和聚酯系統之SEM微觀結構之觀測。
而蒙特納石黏土是另外一種特用添加劑,是經由Silane有機化改質而來的。並且探討蒙特納石黏土(Montmorillonite clay,MMT)添加到不飽和聚酯系統中,其聚合固化後三成份樣品之微觀結構與機械性質之影響。
This study is based on utilization of reactive microgels low additive profile,which were prepared by emulsion polymerization。Reactive microgel materials are composed of styrene/unsaturated polyester comonomer。Moreover,this study focus on effect of MMT in unsaturated polyester system。Then we would change styrene(ST)/unsaturated polyester(UP)/MMT ratio to investigate the influence of mechanical properties。
