本論文主要研製一台可應用於燃料電池之高升壓比直流-直流轉換器。電路共分為兩級,前級採用升壓型轉換器,利用PWM控制法,可獲得寬廣的增益範圍。後級採用全橋串聯諧振式轉換器實現零電壓切換,減少開關元件應力,提高輸出效率,並且在特性上可以進行電氣隔離。最後實現4 kW直流轉換器並進行量測與分析,實驗結果證實,在輸入電壓DC 64 V的情況下,兩級串接的整機滿載效率可達89.2%
This thesis aims to develope a high step-up ratio converter suitable for fuel cell applications. There are two stages in the circuit. The front stage is a boost PWM converter circuit to obtain a wide-range gain. The post stage is a full-bridge series resonant converter (SRC) with zero-voltage switching (ZVS) feature. By this soft-switching feature, it can reduce the stress on the power switches, raise the efficiency and achieve electrical isolation between input and output. Finally, a 4-kW prototype converter is implemented and tested. The experimental results are shown to verify the feasibility of the proposed circuit topology. A 89.2% full-load efficiency is achieved by the cascaded two-stage circuit under DC 64V input voltage condition.
