  • 文創產業是臺灣六大新興產業之一,但根據文化部文創年報顯示其成長趨緩,發展受到挑戰。而在資訊科技蓬勃發展下,線上評論研究及大數據分析技術愈趨豐富,然,卻鮮少見線上評論於文創產業的研究。本研究以著名旅遊網站TripAdvisor為研究標的,運用文字探勘技術分析文創園之線上評論。
    本研究依文創園營運模式將其分為:文創百貨類、文創園區類、文創藝術村類。首先以LDA模型,歸納不同類別文創園之遊客關注面向;再使用詞頻分析、情緒分析找出文創園負面口碑生成因素;精準萃取出隱含在大量評論中的遊客心聲。據研究結果建議,文創園發展應同時兼顧文化及創意內涵,注重各自文化特色,同時提高遊客性價比感受,以作為臺灣文創園未來營運規劃之參考。


    Cultural and Creative Industry is one of the six emerging industries in Taiwan. However, according to the Cultural and Creative Industry Annual Report of the Ministry of Culture, its growth has slowed down and its development has been challenged. With the rapid development of information technology, online review research and big data analysis technology are becoming more and more abundant. However, it is rare to see online review research on Cultural and Creative Industry. This study uses the well-known travel website TripAdvisor as the research target, and uses the text mining technology to analyze the online review of Cultural and Creative Area.
    This study divided the Cultural and Creative Area into: Cultural and Creative Department Store, Cultural and Creative Park, and Cultural and Creative Art Village. Firstly, the LDA model is used to summarize the attention of different types of tourists; then use word frequency analysis and sentiment analysis to find out the negative word-of-mouth generating factors of Cultural and Creative Area; accurately extract the voices of tourists hidden in a large number of comments. According to the results, the development of Cultural and Creative Area should take in to account both cultural and creative connotations, pay attention to their respective cultural characteristics, and at the same time improve the cost-effectiveness of tourists. As a reference for the future operation planning of Taiwan Cultural and Creative Area.
