  • 現今動態能力(Dynamic Capabilities)的發展愈趨成熟,管理領域對於動態能力的應用逐漸深入至企業各角落,學者透過動態能力解釋企業運作表現,深入管理者、資源和能力相互建構的企業基礎。過去二十年間,學者對於模糊的開創性理論架構保有熱忱,許多學者透過路徑分析、文獻回顧等方式勾勒動態能力的發展樣貌。本研究承襲過去傑出學者們對於動態能力在企業應用的討論,嘗試整合部份的研究探明動態能力實務上的樣貌,以整合分析(Meta-analysis)的方法收集並解讀過去動態能力與企業表現間的關係。


    Nowadays the development of Dynamic Capabilities becomes more and more mature, the application of dynamic capabilities in the management field has gradually penetrated into the enterprise which scholars explain business performance through dynamic capabilities, deepening the corporate mutual foundation of managers, resources and capabilities.
    In the past two decades, scholars have been passionate about the ambiguous and seminal theoretical framework, some scholars have outlined the development of dynamic capabilities through path analysis or literature review.
    This research inherits the discussion of past outstanding literature on the application of dynamic capabilities in enterprise, and tries to integrate some research to explore the practical aspect of dynamic capabilities. Collecting and interpreting relationship between dynamic capabilities and enterprises in the past by Meta-analysis.
